Montargen is a beautiful private property set in 7.8 acres of landscaped grounds on the slopes of a secluded valley on the outskirts of the ancient village of Saint-Maurin in South West France. “La Séoune” and “Le Sempesserre” (named after local rivers) are the two accessible self-catering holiday gites converted from the property’s guest house.
The accommodation has been designed to incorporate the necessary equipment for the disabled in a non-clinical and unobtrusive way. Additional equipment is available to hire. Facilities include, but are not limited to: a wheel-in shower room, grab rails in bath and shower rooms and let-down rails beside WCs; ample side-loading to WCs; all doorways at least 780mm wide, most over 800mm; all rooms on ground-floor level; low-level switches, windows; no ramps or steps; accessible hobs and ovens; wheelchair turning space; no wardbrobe doors - curtains are used.
